This policy explains how Under No Illusion uses personal information collected through this website. For privacy requests, contact info@undernoillusion.com. The legal identity and contact address of the website operator must be completed before the production site launches.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you send a booking enquiry, we collect the name, email address, and enquiry details you provide. Phone number, venue or organisation, location, and proposed date are optional.
When you book tickets through EventPrime, the information collected can include account name, email address, phone number, login credentials, ticket selection, booking details, attendee information requested for a particular event, booking and payment status, amount, and the payment method or gateway name. Guest bookings may collect the booking and attendee details without creating an account.
Your account lets you view bookings and transactions and update basic account details. WordPress also stores account credentials securely as password hashes, rather than readable passwords.
HOW WE USE IT
We use booking enquiries to respond to a request to book the band. We use ticket and account information to provide tickets, manage bookings, communicate about those bookings, prevent misuse, and keep necessary records. We do not use the current site to run advertising or analytics tracking.
PAYMENTS AND BOOKINGS
The current local configuration records booking totals, payment status, and the configured payment gateway name. It does not have a live card-payment provider configured. Before production, this policy must name any payment provider and explain what payment information is sent to it. Do not enter card details unless a production payment flow has been separately configured and reviewed.
COOKIES AND BROWSER STORAGE
WordPress uses essential cookies for sign-in, sessions, password resets, and security. EventPrime uses temporary browser session storage while a visitor moves through ticket checkout, including ticket choices and checkout state. EventPrime also supports a timezone preference cookie; its setting code is currently commented out, so this site does not set it in the audited flow.
No active analytics or marketing cookies were found in the current frontend. If non-essential analytics, advertising, or embeds that set non-essential cookies are added before production, a suitable consent mechanism and an updated policy will be required.
EXTERNAL SERVICES
The site self-hosts its Bebas Neue and DM Sans fonts, so it does not request those fonts from Google when a page loads. The Watch page may request video thumbnail images from YouTube’s i.ytimg.com service before you play a video. That request may share ordinary technical information, such as your IP address and browser request data, with YouTube/Google. The embedded YouTube player itself is not loaded until you choose to play a video, and uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com player where available.
Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube channel, and Facebook are currently ordinary outbound links. They do not load an embedded player or social feed before you choose to visit them. Following one of those links means the relevant third party will handle your information under its own policy.
SHARING, SECURITY, AND RETENTION
Information is handled through this WordPress site, its hosting and email systems, and EventPrime. We do not name additional processors because none can be confirmed from the current configuration. The production hosting company, email provider, and any payment provider must be documented before launch.
Access is limited to people who need it to run the site, bookings, or customer support. No fixed retention period has been approved. Booking, enquiry, account, and payment-record retention periods must be decided and added before production. EventPrime’s automatic deletion/anonymisation timer is not enabled.
YOUR DATA
Logged-in ticket customers can use My Data in their profile to download EventPrime booking data. You can also ask for access, correction, or deletion by contacting info@undernoillusion.com. Some information may need to be retained where there is a lawful reason to do so; this will be assessed for each request.
WordPress provides administrative export and erasure tools, and EventPrime adds booking data to those tools for registered users. Direct deletion controls are not enabled for customers on this site.
COMMENTS AND UPDATES
Public comments are not part of this website. New comments have been disabled on the site’s standard articles. We may update this policy when the site or its services change; the date at the top will show the latest version.
