These terms explain how ticket purchases, event changes and refund requests are handled for events organised and sold by Under No Illusion. Event-specific information shown before purchase forms part of your booking details.
01. Purchasing Tickets
Tickets are subject to availability. Ticket prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The total price, including any mandatory booking charge payable to Under No Illusion, will be shown before you place your order.
Ticket sales require a customer account. After a booking is completed, you can view its details through your account and will receive a booking confirmation where the relevant email service is operating.
When online card payments are enabled, Stripe will process card payments. The payment options and total amount due will be shown before you confirm an order.
02. Ticket Transfers
You may transfer a ticket to another person without a transfer fee. You do not normally need our advance permission. Each ticket admits one person once; a ticket that has been used, cancelled or refunded cannot be reused.
If an event genuinely requires the attendee name to match identification, or has another transfer restriction, we will explain that on the event page before you buy.
03. Customer Cancellations
Concert tickets for an event on a specific date are generally excluded from the 14-day distance-selling cancellation period for leisure services. A change of mind or inability to attend will therefore not normally qualify for a refund under this policy.
You may transfer your ticket as described above. We may consider exceptional refund requests, but this does not limit any rights you have under consumer law.
04. Event Cancellation
If Under No Illusion cancels an event, affected ticket holders will be entitled to an appropriate refund. This includes the ticket price and any mandatory booking charge paid to Under No Illusion. We will contact affected customers with the arrangements.
Refunds will normally be sent to the original payment method. Nothing in these terms removes a remedy available to you under the law.
05. Event Postponement
If an event is postponed and a replacement date is arranged, existing tickets will remain valid for that date. We will contact ticket holders with the updated arrangements.
If you cannot attend the replacement date, contact us to request a refund. If a suitable replacement date cannot be arranged, we will offer an appropriate refund. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
06. Venue or Event Changes
We will notify ticket holders of significant changes to an event, including a venue or date change. Whether a change is material depends on the circumstances. Where a material change affects what was agreed, we will explain the available options, which may include a refund.
A minor change that does not materially affect the event will not automatically result in a refund. This does not remove any rights or remedies available under consumer law.
07. Accessibility
Accessibility facilities and arrangements are partly controlled by the venue. Accessible ticket categories and any event-specific details will be described on the relevant event page. Contact us before booking if you need assistance or want us to check an arrangement with the venue.
08. Admission and Venue Rules
Admission is subject to lawful safety and security requirements at the venue. Any event-specific age restriction will be shown before purchase. Follow the venue’s reasonable instructions while attending.
Tickets cannot be duplicated or used more than once. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
09. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be made to the original payment method. We will arrange refunds due under this policy or the law without unreasonable delay. The time taken for the funds to appear can depend on the payment provider and the customer’s bank.
Under No Illusion administers ticket and booking changes. A payment refund is not, by itself, a request to cancel a booking; contact us so we can handle the payment and booking records together.
10. Travel and Other Expenses
A ticket does not ordinarily include travel, accommodation or other personal expenses. This does not exclude any right you may have under the law to recover losses in the circumstances of your case.
11. Customer Information
We use booking and account information to administer tickets and events, contact customers about their bookings and provide support. If Stripe payments are enabled, Stripe will handle payment information as described in its own privacy information. We do not state that Stripe manages ticket cancellations or booking records for us.
Read our Privacy Policy for more about how personal information is used.
